Welcome to Philip Black's P.E. Class

Welcome to physical education class at Hill City Elementary.  My name is Philip Black and look forward to working with you and child!  I graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2003 with a bachelor's degree in K-12 Health and Physical Education.  This is my 17th year of teaching in the Pickens County School system.
